Cancellation Policy
Cancelation is understandable within 24 hours of your appointment — please note that the 10 dollar deposit is specifically to hold your appointment and hold you accountable and will NOT count towards your final payment in person. If you do not show up to your appointment within 30 minutes without texting or calling you will be charged 15% of the piercing you booked automatically as compensation and could have you banned from booking with me again.
